LeachGarner is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Attleboro, MA facility. This onsite role involves handling orders, quotations, delivery updates, returns, and inquiries while delivering precise, reliable product recommendations to customers.

You will collaborate with production and engineering to meet commitments and resolve issues. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Outbound sales experience a plus.
• Comfortable working in and around a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, quotations, delivery updates, returns, and customer inquiries.
• Provide product recommendations and solution-based support.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
• Track customer interactions and activities in CRM systems.
• Follow up proactively to ensure commitments are met and issues are resolved.
• Collaborate regularly with production teams to gather information and support customer needs.
