Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, supply chain, or HR preferred.
• Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Strong Excel and Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process AP/AR transactions.
• Assist with month-, quarter-, and year-end closes.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Support labor cost reporting and workforce analytics.
• Assist budgeting, cost tracking, and manufacturing reporting.
• Maintain accounting records and documentation.
