Adient plc is seeking an Accounting & Human Resources Coordinator to support financial reporting, budgeting, AP, onboarding, and employee engagement in a manufacturing setting. The role combines accounting duties with HR coordination, training, and records management, collaborating with production leadership to align staffing and payroll processes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of manufacturing experience, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in ERP/HRIS systems.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, accounts payable, reconciliations, and SOX requirements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Training, presentation, interpersonal, and computer proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and navigate ambiguity.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented professional.

Aufgaben

• Finance: financial reporting, budgeting, month-end close, variance analysis, AP processing, vendor setup/maintenance, and payment issue resolution.
• HR: recruitment coordination, onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Asset and audit support: fixed asset tracking, audit documentation, and reporting.
• Maintain confidential employee, financial, and business records; support onboarding and documentation.
