Job summary

RTX Tucson seeks a Senior Finance Manager for the Effectors Factories. You will lead Manufacturing Finance Analysts, deliver weekly/monthly KPI reports, and drive cost-management initiatives with the factory, shaping value for the organization.

You will craft executive-level analyses and presentations, partner with multi-functional teams, and mentor staff in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. This role is onsite at RTX’s Tucson facility, requiring clear communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 10 years of relevant experience, or 7 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience presenting business concepts to stakeholders without financial backgrounds.
• Experience within SAP (PRISM, Business Warehouse) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operations analysis while applying best practices.
• Conduct side-by-side analysis with teams to grow analytical capability and ownership.
• Build business relationships and trust with stakeholders.
• Understand drivers and trends, consolidate information, and recommend solutions.
• Package information into executive reports and presentations for leadership.
• Gather and analyze operational, financial, and program performance metrics.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Prepare data, analyze, and drive cost commitments with the factory.
