Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Manufacturing Accounting experience.
• Knowledge of standard cost valuation.
• Cost accounting in ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted business partner to the Plant Leadership.
• Provide data-driven insights that help the team drive performance and objectives.
• Prepare monthly closing entries and financial statements.
• Support the preparation of the annual plan and interim projections.
• Responsible for accurate reflection of standard costs.
• Drive process improvements in financial analysis.
• Manage expense vs. Capital decisions to GAAP and guidelines.
• Participate as financial advisor and validation on Plant Cost Savings initiatives.
• Maintain conformance to ongoing audit and maintenance of internal controls and oversight.
• Ensure inventories are recorded in accordance with GAAP and reserves are maintained.
• Represent the Finance Team in plant meetings.
