Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; master's or CPA desirable.
• 5+ years in accounting/finance with at least 2 in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and cost accounting principles.
• Proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to translate vision into operations.
• Collaborative and flexible style with a service mindset.
• Excellent business acumen in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• High level of integrity, dependability, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the accounting department operations and designing an effective organizational structure.
• Directing and coordinating all accounting functions.
• Managing consolidation of financial data for accurate business results.
• Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements.
• Coordinating external auditors' activities.
• Creating and monitoring controls for fixed assets recording.
• Advising management on liquidity and planning aspects.
• Overseeing all fiscal reporting activities and compliance.
