Job summary

3A Recruiting LLC is seeking a senior Controller to build and own the finance function for two manufacturing entities in Wisconsin. You will establish financial infrastructure, implement controls, and create disciplined month-end closes while partnering with the CEO and COO.

Expect hands-on work on the manufacturing floor and a salary range of $120,000–$140,000 with up to 10% bonus. You will own standard costing, BOM accuracy, cycle counting, and KPI tracking, delivering audit-ready reporting

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, manufacturing focus preferred.
• Experience cleaning up GLs, close processes, ERP data integrity.
• Strong costing, BOM, variance analysis, inventory accounting.
• Experience coaching staff through process changes.

Responsibilities

• Reconstruct and align the Chart of Accounts across both entities; own the GL and month-end close.
• Design internal controls for inventory custody, cash disbursements, AP, and payroll.
• Rebuild standard costing model; audit Bills of Materials and labor routings.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development; build 3-statement Excel models.
