Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• 3+ years in pricing, quotation, cost estimating, or financial planning roles.
• Hands-on ERP experience with reporting, cost accounting, and quoting processes.
• Power BI proficiency for reporting and analysis.
• Advanced Excel for forecasting and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and financial planning for a manufacturing business unit with revenue over $300 million.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic support to cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Market, Product Line).
• Oversee customer quoting, new program financials, and product cost modeling to optimize profitability.
• Manage the quote-to-launch process, tracking capital, tooling, and investments for accuracy.
• Drive monthly capital reporting and the capital forecast and appropriation process.
• Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis to support decision-making across the business.
• Evaluate investments using NPV, IRR, and cash flow analysis to guide capital allocation.
• Analyze product line performance, pricing, variances for margin improvement.
• Partner with leadership on growth initiatives, strategy sprints, and roadmap development.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce approval timelines and strengthen financial workflows.
• Deliver financial education initiatives to non-finance managers.
• Ensure accurate month-end reconciliations and cost accounting reporting.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies, quoting processes, and cost analysis.
