Quantimetrix, a rapidly growing biotechnology-focused company, seeks a Controller to lead accounting and financial operations in a busy manufacturing environment. The role drives regional and company-wide financial performance, closing processes, and reporting excellence.

The Controller will oversee inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with GAAP, FDA, and ISO standards, collaborating with Manufacturing, R&D, QA, Supply Chain, and Operations to optimize costs and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required; MBA preferred.
• CPA license – preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee all accounting and financial operations.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor inventory and overhead costs; manage budgeting/forecasting.
• Ensure GAAP, FDA/ISO compliance; support audits.
