Job summary

Infosys Consulting, the management and technology consulting unit of Infosys Ltd, seeks a Principal to lead Manufacturing Finance & Backoffice engagements. The role focuses on transforming finance functions, shared services, and ERP-enabled operating models for manufacturing clients.

You will lead engagement delivery, manage budgets and staffing, and mentor teams while advancing Industry 4.0, ML/AI, IoT-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with 3–5 years in management consulting.
• 5–7 years in Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Technology.
• 5+ years in accounting, finance operations or backoffice transformation; knowledge of financial statements and close processes.
• Hands-on consulting with ERP platforms such as Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, SAP S/4HANA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of consulting engagements with responsibility for quality, budget and staffing.
• Guide and mentor teams; contribute to thought leadership.
• Design and deliver manufacturing strategy, roadmaps and target operating models for finance and shared services.
• Direct ERP-enabled finance transformation from requirements through adoption.
• Lead business development and client proposals; build CXO-level relationships.
