Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the Manufacturing sector.
- Experience with procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, supplier collaboration and ERP-enabled procurement operating models.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams on large engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring quality, budget and staffing.
- Guide and mentor teams, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Define procurement target operating models and governance structures to improve compliance and spend visibility.
- Drive strategy and design, and oversee end-to-end consulting delivery and business development.
