Job summary
Infosys Consulting, the management and technology consulting unit of Infosys Ltd, seeks a Principal to join its Manufacturing practice and grow Cognitive Manufacturing services. You will collaborate with senior leaders to shape roadmaps, build business cases and guide delivery teams across factory modernization and AI-enabled operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, engineering, quality, technology consulting or management consulting.
- At least 3–5 years of management consulting experience at a top-tier firm or equivalent.
- 5–7 years in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, technology, operations, engineering, distribution or service.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements to define and execute transformation strategies across manufacturing value chains.
- Shape roadmaps, business cases and measurable outcomes in factory modernization and AI-enabled operations.
- Mentor teams, contribute to thought leadership, and support business development within Cognitive Manufacturing offerings.
