Candidates should have 12+ years in manufacturing and 5+ years in procurement transformation. Travel up to 80% is required; relocation to Infosys hub offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least 3–5 years of management consulting experience at a top-tier firm or manufacturing company.
• 5–7 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Technology.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supplier management or procurement transformation programs.
• Experience with direct procurement processes including raw materials, production materials and supplier quality management.
• Experience with indirect procurement categories including MRO, facilities, logistics, IT, contingent labor and services.
• Hands-on consulting or program experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 80% and willingness to relocate to Infosys hub offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring quality, budget and staffing.
• Develop strategy and roadmaps to transform manufacturing operations.
• Define procurement target operating models, governance and spend visibility.
• Lead procurement transformation engagements from current-state through adoption.
• Advise on category strategy, strategic sourcing and spend analytics.
• Coordinate teams across business and IT to translate requirements into initiatives.
