Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in manufacturing, consulting or business transformation.
• Experience with Industry 4.0, smart factory, AI/ML, GenAI, IoT, data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements defining transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Mentor teams and contribute to thought leadership.
• Develop reusable assets and capabilities for the practice.
• Drive business development and client relationship building.
