Job summary

Infosys Consulting, the management and technology consulting unit of Infosys Ltd, is seeking a Principal for Manufacturing Procurement & Supply Chain Transformation. You will lead consulting engagements, manage budgets and staffing, and mentor teams to deliver industry-leading solutions.

Develop strategies and roadmaps to transform manufacturing operations, optimize direct/indirect procurement, and drive value through digital capabilities. Travel up to 80% may be required; Dallas, TX-based role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with at least 3-5 years in management consulting.
5-7 years in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, or technology.
5+ years in procurement, sourcing, supplier management or transformation programs.
Experience with direct and indirect procurement areas and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop strategy and roadmaps to transform manufacturing operations for throughput, quality and efficiency.
Lead customer research, journey mapping and end-user experience design.
Support business case and roadmap definitions linking digital capabilities to business value.
Assess procurement processes including sourcing, supplier development, spend management and risk mitigation.
Define target operating models, governance, buying channels and supplier performance.
Lead delivery of client advisory and transformation engagements with clear implementation paths.
Mentor teams and collaborate with executives to meet client needs.
Travel up to 80% as required and relocate to Infosys hub offices if needed.
