Job summary

Infosys Consulting, the management and technology consulting unit of Infosys Ltd, seeks motivated Manufacturing Industry Consultants with 12+ years in Manufacturing and 3–5 years in management consulting. The role focuses on finance, backoffice transformation, ERP-enabled operating models and Industry 4.0.

The Principal will lead engagements, manage budgets and staffing, mentor teams, and develop thought leadership in manufacturing finance and shared-services transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent is required.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with 3–5 years in management consulting.
• 5–7 years in Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Technology.
• 5+ years in accounting, finance operations or backoffice transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of consulting engagements with focus on quality, budget and staffing.
• Guide teams and mentor junior members; act as domain expert.
• Lead ERP-enabled finance transformation from process assessment to adoption.
