Amcor, a leading packaging company in the United States, seeks an Accounting Analyst to perform transactional and analytical accounting activities to support Operations Finance and multiple plants. You will work with the Business Unit Controller and plant leadership to ensure accurate close, reporting, and internal controls.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 2–4 years of experience analyzing financial results, variances, and KPIs in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Understanding of cost accounting, including standard costing, inventory accounting, and variances preferred.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with internal controls, reconciliations, and financial compliance.
• Excellent communication of financial concepts to finance and non-finance audiences.
• Demonstrated teamwork and desire for career growth within the organization.
• Preference for SAP ERP (R3) and/or SAP BW/BPC or JDE experience.
• Strong Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) skills for analysis.

Mansioni

• Provide financial analysis, insights, and decision support using SAP, Power BI, and reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with month-end close including journal entries and internal controls.
• Support product costing, reviewing standard vs actual costs, cost models, and quoting rates.
• Assist in balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze freight accruals and resolve AP issues.
• Support forecasting and budgeting for Operations Finance.
• Participate in special projects as required.
