Job summary

Form Energy is seeking a Finance professional to drive the ramp of multi-day energy storage manufacturing. You will partner with Manufacturing Operations to plan capex budgets, labor costs, and overheads while navigating design changes and automation advances.

The role emphasizes deep manufacturing finance expertise, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across teams. Relocation assistance is available as the project scales at Weirton, WV.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in finance or consulting; preference for 2-4 years in industrial manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated skill in partnering across teams and distilling data into actionable insights.
• Expert-level Excel skills; experience with Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-fidelity equipment capex budgets aligned with manufacturing processes and hardware design.
• Lead labor and overhead cost-down planning; drive headcount ramp with HR partners.
• Analyze manufacturing capex and labor costs to inform the manufacturing roadmap and make-vs-buys.
• Identify data integrations between MES & ERP for accurate labor cost recognition, inventory tracking, and fixed assets recording.
• Track KPIs to measure financial and operational performance of each manufacturing line and process.
