Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in the United States to drive financial planning, forecasting, and profitability across manufacturing facilities.

You will collaborate with finance, operations, and executive leadership to turn complex data into actionable insights, build models, and support strategic decisions in a fast-growing industrial environment focused on renewable energy and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years FP&A or manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong understanding of cost structures, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and BI reporting experience.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• ERP experience (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle) appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Analyze profitability across multiple facilities and cost drivers.
• Build and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support monthly close, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Provide insights to plant leadership and executives.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and engineering to drive performance.
• Lead cost analysis for capital investments and pricing decisions.
