Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
• 2+ years financial analysis experience or 3+ years' public accounting experience with manufacturing clients preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Oracle, Power BI, and OneStream is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Financial Business Partner to site leadership, linking financial performance to business strategy.
• Lead reporting, forecasting, budgeting and month-end close activities with insights for management reviews.
• Own costing, BOMs, routings, and inventory valuation; optimize inventory performance.
• Leverage Oracle, Power BI, OneStream and data warehouses to deliver actionable insights.
• Drive process improvements and ensure IFRS/compliance across manufacturing accounting.
