  • Analyze cost deviations and provide meaningful variance explanations tied to manufacturing drivers
  • Model business cases for multiple projects related to global manufacturing footprint and operational improvements
  • Lead manufacturing partners through long‑range planning (SII/OP) and short‑range forecasting for both P&Ls
  • Evaluate key business drivers and track site performance against plans
  • Drive alignment across operations teams, presenting financial insights in clear, actionable formats
  • Own the site’s financial strategy, including planning, pacing, and closing activities
  • Lead, coach, and develop Finance Analysts to deliver world‑class manufacturing finance support
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 6+ years of finance experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Advanced Excel capabilities with the ability to identify trends and performance patterns
  • Experience improving internal controls and processes, particularly around inventory
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and influence cross‑functional teams
What Our Client Offers
  • Hybrid schedule with on‑site visibility where your leadership directly shapes plant outcomes
  • A dynamic manufacturing environment where finance has a real seat at the table
  • High‑impact exposure to global operations and major capital initiatives
  • Career growth pathways within a growing, multi‑site organization
  • Competitive compensation, strong bonus program, comprehensive benefits, and development support
