Weir ESCO is seeking a Manufacturing Finance Analyst in Covington, KY (onsite) to partner with site leadership and drive financial performance. The role supports forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close, and collaborates across Oracle, Power BI, and OneStream systems to derive actionable insights.

The ideal candidate has a finance or accounting degree, 2+ years of financial analysis, and strong MS Excel skills, with IFRS awareness and manufacturing experience preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or closely related field required.
• CMA or MBA is a plus but not required.
• At least 2 years financial analysis experience or 3+ years’ public accounting experience with manufacturing clients.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with site leadership to connect financial performance with business strategy.
• Lead accurate financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close activities.
• Own standard costing, BOMs, routings, and inventory valuation.
