Job summary

The role requires a finance or accounting degree, 2+ years of experience, and experience in manufacturing. You will drive process improvements, deliver analytical insights, and support World Class Manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2+ years of finance or accounting experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work autonomously with little oversight.
• Lean principles and World Class Manufacturing experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Internal Reporting Ownership & Controls, ensure SOX compliance.
• Forecasting and planning to support profit plan and monthly outlook.
• Drive process efficiency to improve data quality.
• Deliver analytical insights to influence business decisions.
