West Michigan manufacturing company is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations in a complex production environment. This leadership role ensures equipment reliability, world-class facilities, and a safe, efficient workplace.

You will lead maintenance staff, drive preventive and corrective programs, and provide technical leadership for equipment design, installation, and facility upgrades in Holland, MI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Six to eight years of maintenance management experience in a large manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience developing, coaching, and managing maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance operations to support production schedules.
• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance personnel with a safety culture.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize reliability.
• Oversee facility infrastructure and grounds for a clean, safe environment.
• Provide technical leadership for equipment and facility systems.
• Oversee improvement projects across HVAC, DI water, robotics, and paints.
• Develop maintenance planning, data tracking, and project justification.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to boost efficiency.
