Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using measuring devices (tape measure, micrometer, calipers).
• Record keeping of KPI to understand cost impact of equipment and people.
• Experience with PPE, fundamental safety, and OSHA.
• Strong written and verbal communication with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Track facilities service requests and ensure timely, quality completion.
• Schedule and complete inspections and preventive maintenance of facilities systems and equipment.
• Maintain a safe and effective working environment.
• Train team on policies and procedures.
• Request quotes and coordinate work with contractors and skilled trades.
• Make day-to-day decisions for facilities maintenance and on-site contractors.
• Generate and manage spending requisitions.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain team members.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Complete additional tasks as needed.
