Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or Facilities Management, or equivalent certifications.
• 5+ years of facilities management leadership in manufacturing.
• 7+ years of plant/facilities management in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, boilers, and electrical distribution.
• Proven ability to manage contractors across trades simultaneously.
• Strong project management: budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination.
• Strong communicator across departments and diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility functions including HVAC, boilers, stationary engineering, building maintenance.
• Manage on-site contractors across multiple trades, ensuring standards, timelines, and safety.
• Oversee wastewater treatment systems and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and oversee capital project budgets, scopes, and schedules for infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to codes, OSHA requirements, and safety standards throughout the facility.
• Identify facility improvement opportunities and lead implementation from concept through completion.
