Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or related field preferred
• 5+ years of facilities management leadership in manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, boilers, electrical distribution
• Strong project management including budgeting and scheduling

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility functions including HVAC, boilers, stationary engineering, building maintenance
• Manage on-site contractors across multiple trades, ensuring standards, timelines and safety
• Manage on-site wastewater treatment systems and regulatory compliance
• Develop and oversee capital project budgets, scopes and schedules
• Ensure adherence to codes, OSHA requirements and safety standards
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead implementation from concept to completion
