Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager for a large, automated personal care products campus in Bedford Park, IL.

This on-site role leads facility systems and infrastructure for a century-old manufacturer. You will oversee HVAC, boilers, maintenance, capital-project budgets, and safety programs while coordinating with on-site contractors and regulatory compliance to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or related field; equivalent maintenance certifications considered.
• 7+ years of plant/facilities leadership in manufacturing.
• Hands-on with HVAC, boilers, electrical distribution; strong budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC, boilers, stationary engineering, building maintenance and related systems.
• Manage on-site contractors across multiple trades, ensuring standards, timelines, and safety.
• Oversee wastewater treatment systems and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and oversee capital project budgets, scopes, and schedules for upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to codes, OSHA requirements, and safety throughout the facility.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead implementation from concept to completion.
