Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of plant or facilities management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and understanding of large facilities operation.
• Hands-on with HVAC, boilers, and electrical distribution.
• Proven track record coordinating contractors across multiple trades.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contractor coordination skills.
• Stationary Engineer license preferred.
• Strong cross-departmental communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all facility functions including HVAC, boilers, stationary engineering, building maintenance.
• Manage on-site contractors across trades, ensuring timelines, safety, and standards.
• Oversee wastewater treatment systems and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and oversee capital project budgets, scopes, and schedules.
• Ensure adherence to codes, OSHA, and safety standards.
• Identify facility improvements and lead implementation from concept to completion.
