Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or Facilities Management or equivalent.
• 7+ years of facilities management leadership in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility functions including HVAC, boilers, stationary engineering, building maintenance, and related systems.
• Manage on-site contractors across multiple trades including electrical and civil work, ensuring projects meet standards, timelines, and safety requirements.
• Manage on-site wastewater treatment systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and oversee capital project budgets, scopes, and schedules for infrastructure upgrades and facility improvements.
• Ensure adherence to applicable codes, OSHA requirements, and safety standards throughout the facility.
• Identify facility improvement opportunities and lead implementation from concept through completion.
