Qualifications

• Hands-on with facility systems: HVAC, boilers, electrical distribution
• Must come from a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility functions including HVAC, boilers, stationary engineering, building maintenance, and related systems
• Manage on-site contractors across trades ensuring safety, timelines and standards
• Oversee wastewater treatment systems and regulatory compliance
• Develop and oversee capital project budgets, scopes and schedules
• Ensure adherence to codes, OSHA requirements and safety standards
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead implementation end-to-end
