Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an MES support professional to ensure optimal performance and continued support of MES software. Responsibilities include monitoring system operations, troubleshooting, and escalation to resolve issues to maintain operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.

The role requires ITAR compliance experience, 5 years of MES software expertise including Aprios, 3 years of troubleshooting and customer support, and occasional travel to client sites

Qualifications

• ITAR compliance experience required.
• 5 years' experience with MES software (Aprios mandatory).
• 3 years' troubleshooting and customer support experience.
• Ability to travel periodically to client sites within the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting of MES software performance and system operations.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreement requirements and compliance with system requirements.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless integration and ongoing support of applications.
• Provide testing, debugging support, and reporting; deliver user training as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Job description

Supporting the client by ensuring optimal performance and continued support of the Manufacturing Execution System software. This includes regular monitoring of systems operations, troubleshooting, and identification of problems and their resolution or escalation to ensure interconnected software systems are working as designed, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance assurance, and enabling Data Driven decision making)

• Provide support for Systems Maintenance and Optimization
  • Monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting software performance
  • Adherence to Service Level Agreement requirements
  • Ensuring compliance with system requirements
• Provide support and collaboration
  • Identifying solutions to streamline manufacturing process issues
  • Collaborating with production teams to ensure seamless integration of and ongoing support applications
  • Providing testing, debugging support, and reporting
• User support and training
  • Providing training and support to end-users as may be required
  • Addressing user queries, reporting and issue resolution tickets
  • Escalate issues to next level support as needed.
• Identifying areas for Process Improvement

Qualifications:

• ITAR compliance experience
• 5 years - expertise with MES software (Aprios mandatory, other expertise, such as Rockwell, Siemens Opcenter, Proficy Smart Factory, is acceptable)
• 3 years - Troubleshooting and customer support experience
• Ability to travel periodically to client sites within the US, if required
