Job summary

Paragon Medical seeks a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive operational excellence across multiple manufacturing facilities. You will deploy Lean, CI, and performance management techniques, coaching leaders and teams to reduce waste, improve quality, and boost productivity.

This role requires strong facilitation, data analysis, and collaboration with site leadership. You will partner with General Managers to develop roadmaps, standardize practices, and ensure sustainable gains while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing, operations, Lean, or continuous improvement experience.
• Demonstrated success leading Lean transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events and process improvement projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, labor productivity, quality systems, and operational metrics.
• Experience working with plant leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel extensively to support multiple locations.
• Experience in multi-site manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting automation
• Experience implementing operational management systems and KPI scorecards.
• Prior leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Managers and site leadership teams to evaluate performance and identify CI opportunities.
• Lead Lean initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and process-improvement workshops.
• Collaborate with Automation Engineers to find productivity improvements and automation opportunities.
• Develop and execute site-specific operational improvement roadmaps.
• Drive standardization of best practices and work methods across facilities.
• Analyze KPIs to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
• Coach plant leadership on Lean and problem-solving methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to sustain gains and drive projects to completion.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement culture across the organization.
• Support replication of improvements across locations.
• Present progress and results to senior leadership.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Power BI.
