Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Bedford, New Hampshire seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean initiatives across manufacturing and business processes, driving efficiency, quality, cost, and throughput. This hands-on role partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance and reports to the Site Leadership Team.

You will coach kaizen events, apply DMAIC/PDCA, establish KPIs, and build an OPEX road map aligned with site objectives while mentoring frontline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification required.
• 8–10 years in manufacturing, operations, or process engineering.
• 3+ years leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process analysis, mapping, and redesign initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks and variability drivers in workflows.
• Develop and implement control strategies to reduce waste and improve stability.
• Apply data modeling to validate improvements and track ROI.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor CI programs.
