Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related technical/STEM discipline.
• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of operational experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and analyze production line data and stoppage analyses.
• Provide continuous improvement project support and leadership across the factory.
• Collaborate with factory leadership to drive Nestl Continuous Excellence and world-class manufacturing.
