Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching in manufacturing, military, or related environment.
• High school diploma with 3+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching in manufacturing, military, or related environment.
• Experience with Power BI or related software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze downtime data, validate production loss categories, and identify trends or recurring issues to prioritize improvement efforts.
• Investigate production floor issues, troubleshoot equipment and process failures, and determine root causes.
• Implement corrective actions that improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall process performance.
• Use working knowledge of production machinery to support operators in real time and help stabilize production.
• Partner with maintenance, engineering, production teams, and improvement leads to guide continuous improvement initiatives and project workstreams.
