Job summary

BAM Workforce Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing company to hire a Business Systems Analyst. The role focuses on keeping key systems like Dynamics GP, FeneVision, Logikal, and Salesforce running smoothly while partnering with floor teams to optimize workflows.

You will translate business needs into system solutions, write clear documentation, and drive improvements across Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing. Strong ERP and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP familiarity is a strong advantage.
• Salesforce administration experience including workflow setup and data management.
• Comfortable writing SQL queries, views, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Keep core business applications running day to day (ERP/CRM).
• Learn how the business operates across floor and office to identify system gaps.
• Propose practical fixes to reduce errors and save time.
• Support Dynamics GP across Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing; resolve issues quickly.
• Manage Salesforce configuration, user support, and data quality.
• Write SQL queries, build reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
• Own resolution of complex issues from start to finish.
• Participate in upgrades, new rollouts, and integrations from requirements to go-live.
• Create documentation and training materials for users.
• Maintain security roles, permissions, and governance across platforms.
