Job summary

BAM Workforce Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing company to hire a Business Systems Analyst. The role focuses on keeping key systems like Dynamics GP, FeneVision, Logikal, and Salesforce running smoothly while partnering with floor teams to optimize workflows.

You will translate business needs into system solutions, write clear documentation, and drive improvements across Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing. Strong ERP and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP familiarity is a strong advantage.
• Salesforce administration experience including workflow setup and data management.
• Comfortable writing SQL queries, views, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Keep core business applications running day to day (ERP/CRM).
• Learn how the business operates across floor and office to identify system gaps.
• Propose practical fixes to reduce errors and save time.
• Support Dynamics GP across Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing; resolve issues quickly.
• Manage Salesforce configuration, user support, and data quality.
• Write SQL queries, build reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
• Own resolution of complex issues from start to finish.
• Participate in upgrades, new rollouts, and integrations from requirements to go-live.
• Create documentation and training materials for users.
• Maintain security roles, permissions, and governance across platforms.

BAM Workforce Solutions is partnering with a rapidly-growing manufacturing company in search of a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. This is an opportunity for someone who knows their way around business systems and wants to play a key role in how a growing manufacturer runs its operations.

Overview:

• Keep core business applications running smoothly day to day, including FeneVision, Logikal, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and Salesforce CRM.
• Spend time with teams across the floor and in the office to learn how the business actually works and where systems are falling short.
• Find the friction in existing workflows and come up with practical fixes that save time and reduce errors.
• Support Dynamics GP across Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing, jumping in when something breaks and keeping users moving.
• Handle the Salesforce side too, including configuration, user support, and making sure the data stays clean and useful.
• Write and maintain SQL queries, build reports, and put together dashboards that give people the numbers they actually need.
• Be the person the team calls when something complicated goes sideways and own the resolution from start to finish.
• Get involved in upgrades, new system rollouts, and integration projects from gathering requirements all the way through go-live.
• Write documentation and training materials that help users help themselves.
• Keep security roles, permissions, and governance in good shape across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Solid ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP familiarity being a strong advantage.
• Salesforce administration experience including workflow setup and data management.
• Comfortable writing SQL queries, views, and reports without needing to hand it off to someone else.
• Background in manufacturing is important as you need to understand how a production floor operates to do this job well.
• Able to take what someone describes in plain language and turn it into a system solution with clear documentation.
• Good at juggling priorities across multiple departments without dropping the ball.
• Experience with FeneVision or Logikal is a bonus.
• Can talk tech with the IT team and then turn around and explain the same thing to someone on the shop floor.
