Job summary

The Paris Group, a diversified manufacturer and distributor, seeks a Systems Analyst to own master data in ERP and production systems, including BOMs, routings, and lot tracking. You will coordinate integrations, SOPs, and dashboards using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI, working closely with IT, Operations, and Finance.

Ideal candidates have BC experience, UAT, and a track record of data governance and process improvement in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in ERP or business systems.
• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), test plan development, and test execution.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) (Preferred).
• Experience with integration documentation and specification writing (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own master data across ERP and production systems (items, BOMs, routings, lots).
• Define and support production order workflows for multiple operations.
• Conduct data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Serve as SME for roasting, packaging, and ERP systems; configure and troubleshoot.
• Develop SOPs for transactional processes and cross-functional workflows.
• Design operational reports and dashboards (Power BI, BC).
• Collaborate with Ops, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to improve processes.
• Lead data governance initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
