Moog Inc. is hiring a Business Analyst to support enterprise applications and improve business processes across the organization.

You will work closely with stakeholders, analysts, and the Production Engineering & Resilience team, gaining hands-on experience in problem solving, incident management, and documentation. The role targets an early-career professional seeking growth in ERP platforms, application support, and manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT support role.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering, CS, or equivalent.
• Understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.
• Interest in manufacturing/ERP systems and production processes.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Awareness of ITAR/CMMC data handling in aerospace/defense context.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business processes and system workflows to spot inefficiencies.
• Document business requirements, flows, work instructions, and procedures.
• Support creation/maintenance of business and technical docs.
• Assist data validation and basic analysis for troubleshooting.
• Provide first-level support for enterprise applications and issues.
• Assist with functional, regression, and UAT testing.
• Gather requirements for enhancements and process improvements.
• Track defects, enhancements, and user feedback for backlog.
• Collaborate with users to understand needs and requests.
• Participate in incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Support system upgrades and future platform initiatives.
