Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of enterprise applications in Buffalo, NY.

You will work with stakeholders, senior analysts, and Production Engineering & Resilience to analyze processes, document requirements, and assist with testing and issue resolution. The role is ideal for an early-career professional building expertise in ERP platforms, manufacturing processes, and application support, with hands-on growth in problem solving

Qualifications

2+ years in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Application Support, IT Support, or related role.
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business/Engineering/CS or equivalent.
Basic understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.
Interest in manufacturing operations and production processes.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and system workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
Document business requirements, process flows, work instructions, and system procedures.
Support creation and maintenance of business and technical documentation.
Assist with testing activities including functional, regression, and UAT.
Support backlog management by tracking requests, defects, and feedback.
