Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end business processes across ERP and manufacturing.
• Trace a transaction through screens, DB2 tables, and interfaces.
• Lead requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Perform RCA on incidents and drive corrective actions to closure.
