Moog seeks a Business Analyst to support enterprise applications across the business. You will work with stakeholders, senior analysts, and the Production Engineering & Resilience team on application support, requirements, testing, and issue resolution.

The role targets early-career professionals building expertise in business systems, ERP platforms, and manufacturing processes, with exposure to data analysis, incident management, and stakeholder engagement in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT support role.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, CS, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of business processes or enterprise applications.
• Interest in manufacturing operations or business systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Awareness of ITAR/CMMC in an aerospace/defense environment.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business processes and system workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Document business requirements, process flows, and system procedures.
• Support creation and maintenance of business and technical documents.
• Assist with data validation and basic data analysis for troubleshooting.
• Provide first-level support for enterprise applications and investigate questions.
• Assist with functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Help gather requirements for enhancements and backlog items.
• Coordinate with technical teams during incident resolution.
• Support system upgrades and future-state platform initiatives.
