Job summary
Prince Industries LLC in Batavia, NY, is seeking a results‑driven Business Analyst to optimize processes and ERP usage within a contract manufacturing environment. You will map current workflows, design future-state processes, and document requirements to align with operational goals.
You will partner with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and IT teams to implement Epicor ERP improvements, develop dashboards and SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on accuracy,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–7 years of BA experience in manufacturing.
- Experience documenting SOPs and gathering business requirements.
- Knowledge of Epicor ERP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong mapping and documentation skills and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and quality processes.
- Lead workshops to gather requirements and design future-state processes.
- Create process maps, SOPs, BRDs, and functional specifications.
- Translate requirements into Epicor configurations, dashboards, and reports.
- Support ERP upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop training materials and assist with change management.
