Job summary

TEL Staffing & HR is seeking a seasoned ERP/MES/OPM expert to lead evaluation, configuration, deployment and upgrade of manufacturing software systems in Dallas, TX. You will guide users, document requirements and manage cross-functional projects.

The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, SAP and Solumina familiarity, and a proven track record in aerospace or manufacturing sectors. You will train users and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering/technology, quality management or related field.
10 years in Manufacturing Engineering or Quality org, or 8 years with a Master's.
Experience with Solumina or similar ERP, MES/OPM systems.

Responsibilities

Define and validate system requirements and develop integration specifications.
Lead evaluation, deployment, upgrades and training for ERP/MES/OPM software.
Author user manuals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide SME guidance and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing processes.
