Precision Personnel seeks a Manufacturing Systems Specialist to support configuration, implementation, and operation of enterprise manufacturing software used in aerospace production. The role bridges manufacturing and IT, translating business needs into reliable system solutions while applying lean principles and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead upgrades, develop test plans, and coordinate validation activities; act as SME for ERP/MES/OPM platforms; manage data governance; and

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing engineering or quality roles; 8 years with a master's.
• 5+ years with Solumina or similar ERP/MES/OPM platform.
• Experience leading system initiatives and projects.
• Ability to work with users, DB specialists, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of lean principles and data requirements in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).

Responsabilidades

• Define and validate requirements; create docs, designs, and business process maps.
• Lead upgrades, enhancements, and deployment activities for manufacturing software.
• Develop acceptance tests and coordinate integration, UAT, and validation.
• Serve as SME for ERP/MES/OPM platforms; partner with technical teams.
• Lead data management and governance to support operations.
• Provide systems support; troubleshoot issues and coordinate escalations.
• Create procedures, user guides, and training materials; deliver training.
• Lead projects and process improvements with timelines and estimates.
• Maintain compliance with security, regulatory, quality, and lean requirements.
