Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in a manufacturing setting on a Monday-Friday 1st shift. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and exceptional customer support.

Ideal candidates will have manufacturing CS experience, ERP knowledge, and strong organizational skills. Education includes a high school diploma or GED, with coursework in business or operations a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

Manufacturing customer service experience required.
ERP knowledge and data entry proficiency needed.
Strong organizational and communication abilities required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
Process customer orders, revisions, and cancellations.
Verify pricing, specifications, inventory, and order details.
Communicate order status and delivery schedules; handle expedited requests.
Maintain customer data, pricing, and orders in ERP.
Generate reports, quotations, and related documentation.
Monitor customer satisfaction and report feedback to leadership.
Collaborate with operations, scheduling and internal teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
