Job summary

McGrory Glass is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support manufacturing and fabrication systems, including ERP and CRM platforms. You will collaborate with production, engineering, finance, and IT to deliver data-driven solutions that improve workflows and reporting accuracy.

The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing core business apps, integrating data across platforms, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and system governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 2+ years in a similar role.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, querying and troubleshooting.
• Experience with reporting/BI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience supporting ERP, CRM, and manufacturing applications.
• Understanding of BOMs, Work Orders, Scheduling, Inventory, Purchasing, and MRP in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and maintenance of key business apps (FeneVision, Logikal, Dynamics GP, Salesforce).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes and requirements.
• Analyze workflows and suggest efficiency improvements and better user experiences.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and user support across systems.
• Develop and maintain SQL reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and project work.
