Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated individual to operate and maintain manufacturing machinery in our Missouri facility. You will participate in setup, routine maintenance, and safety protocols to support high-quality production.

You will train operators and packers, assist in scheduling, and maintain precise production records. Basic math and reading/writing skills are essential, along with strong mechanical aptitude to handle diverse equipment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Mechanical aptitude necessary for operating manufacturing machinery.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate and maintain machinery to achieve high-quality production standards.
• Perform set-up and adjustments on all manufacturing machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct general and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Train production operators, feeders, and packers in operation and maintenance of machinery.
• Support maintenance technicians in equipment repairs to ensure continuous operation.
• Coordinate and assist in executing daily schedules to complete tasks on time.
• Maintain accurate production records of materials used and spoiled.
• Participate in tasks to ensure continuous operation of the production process.
• Follow plant safety rules to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor product quality to ensure adherence to company standards.
