Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a qualified technician to set up and program operating machines, perform accuracy checks, and oversee ramp-up with operators. The role emphasizes adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage while maintaining records and documentation.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to read blueprints, use measuring instruments, and communicate clearly in English. Authorization to work in the US is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and programming of operating machines including accuracy and effectiveness checks in various test sequences.

• Support maintenance in the repair, prevention of downtime and inspection of machines.
• Follow documented procedures and processes and maintain accurate records and tracking.
• Check finished product/product component and submit for approval.
• Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of PPE at all times.

Requirements

• Good visual acuity
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
• Multiple years of experience operating complex machines in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience working with power tools preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
